Suffering from High BP, How healthy is your heart? Causes and Symptoms (My Experience and How I fixed it? )


Recently, I discovered my blood pressure is in the range of 150/100 whereas it should be 120/80. Moreover, there were many health issues which I was facing like

1) Heart Burn
2) Acute Acidity
3) Acid Reflux
4) Insomnia
5) Dizziness

All these symptoms were enough to predict that my health condition was not fine and I was not taking care of my health properly.

High blood pressure was not a new thing for me because I used have 135/85 blood pressure from the time of my teenage. However, systolic blood pressure above 150 and diastolic blood pressure above 100 was a matter of great concern in early 30s.

So I decided to go for reasons and check actual health of my heart.
First Step, I took by having a Lipid (Cholesterol) Profile Test of my Blood.

In test report, I got some of answers because my most of cholesterol levels are in border line. Major concern was high level of Serum Triglycerides.

Though, Cholesterol HDL and LDL HDL ratios were normal or near normal still I was standing on a difficult point from where I can not afford to take any risk.

Here I decided to increase levels of High-density lipoprotein (HDL), a good cholesterol in my blood because it is responsible for clearly bad cholesterol from blood like LDL and Triglycerides.

Therefore, I studied for methods and measures to increase Good Cholesterol (HDL) and decrease bad Cholesterol (LDL) and unsaturated fat compounds (Triglycerides).

After research, I took these steps –

1) I Added 30 minutes of regular exercise to my daily schedule.
2) I Added Canola Oil for cooking which is very high in Good Cholesterol and contains very less amount of Bad Cholesterol.
3) I Stopped intake of Non Vegetarian Food and unsaturated fats for some time.
4) I Added two times Oats meals to my daily eating schedule.
5) I Increased intake of vegetable rich in cellulose in food like Carrot.
6) Started daily intake of fruits especially citrus fruits.
7) Decreased daily intake of sugar.
8) Started At least 30 minutes of mediation of daily basis.
9) I stopped intake of oily or jump food.


These methods worked greatly for me and today, I no more suffer from symptoms like acidity, heart burn, acid reflux, insomnia etc. My bad cholesterol counts have also decreased considerably in just fifteen days. In next few days, I hope to see more improvement in my health.

In present stressful life, it is very important to take care of heart health in proper way because it is number one killer in India as per reports. With positive and healthy lifestyle, we can easily afford to have healthy heart.
